Refunds are not issued once design or development work has begun, except in special cases approved by management.
Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.
All payments must be made via secure and authorized channels only.
5. Revisions & Approvals
We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in each service plan or proposal.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
Final approval of a project signifies client acceptance and completion of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom design and development work created by ByteNationLabs remains our property until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, ownership of the final approved design, website, or template is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Wix, Google Analytics, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
We are not responsible for the terms, performance, or data practices of these third parties.
